To register we need a secure email and our available phone number. It is important to note that if we register using the referral link of some other user, we should not click on any other site once we are on the registration page to ensure we are placed on that network. WalkEx, like all regularized crypto exchanges, is licensed to verify personal documents. This is done to guarantee the identity of the individual and prevent scams, fraudulent accounts and multiple accounts; which is against our Terms and Conditions and if detected, the accounts are immediately blocked and deleted, losing all funds.
Before verifying the KYC we must complete our profile with our personal information, making sure that it matches what will be in the next phase. To proceed with the verification process, we will access the KYC page. The button for this is on the main panel when we log in. There are three different sections, the first is that of identity verification, where we are asked for an image or scan of our personal document, which may be an identity document of our country, driving license or passport. Acceptable formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF images; and it must not exceed 2MB in weight.
Next we must introduce the number of that document in writing.
The next section is the handwritten verification, it is a selfie or photo that someone takes us, (we can put the phone's camera with a timer); and you should appear holding the document you have chosen for the previous section, along with a handwritten paper on which you put the date of the day you upload this verification, your name and the word "WalkEx". When everything has been verified, we can see it, and if any of the sections has been rejected, we can rectify and try again.
You can use your identity document from your country, your passport or driving license. The chosen document must be current and the image must be the original, not a copy.
If we are not able to verify our identity because the Verification Team (which has the license and knowledge for this) considers that our document is not adequate, alternative methods such as images of invoices, registration certificates or a video call in which you show your documents may be given. and your face.

To get our referral link, we must go to the top right in the menu bar; there we click on our profile image.
